The Event Manager is a very important role.  Here you will find some helpful documents and templates that you can utilize for your event.  

The Event Secretary is equally as important as the Event Manager.  In fact, many times 1 person fulfills both roles.  For our purposes, I have separated the documents and templates that the secretary would need for the event, assuming that there are 2 individuals who have assumed these roles. 

It takes a small village of volunteers to run a combined driving event.  Here you will find the essential posititions, as well as descriptions of the tasks involved for each job.  There may be additional or less positions, depending on the level of the driving event that is being offered.
